2007 Rates

Peak season rates apply from 1st December to 30 April. Low season rates apply at all other times. Different rates apply depending on the size of party booking. A 25% deposit is required. For Christmas and New Year bookings the deposit is 50%, with payment in full eight weeks prior to departure. Deposits are normally refundable in full provided cancellation is made at least 90 days before planned commencement of holiday/vacation.

Typical rates for the villa, based on six people sharing are:

	Low Season (2007): US$2,000 (approx £1,050).
	Peak Season (2007): US$4,000 (approx £2,100).
